| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti Madeta, a. s. k 31.4.2016. pro vlastníky a věřitele společnosti. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vymezena problematika ocenění. V praktické části je provedena strategická analýza, která vymezuje postavení společnosti na trhu. Navazuje finanční analýza, která hodnotí zdraví podniku. Na základě těchto poznatků je sestaven finanční plán a provedeno samotné ocenění výnosovou metodou. Na konci práce je stanovena hodnota také pomocí hodnoty vlastního kapitálu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is the valuation of Madeta, a. s. Company on 31.4.2016 for owners and company creditors. The theses is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is devoted to definitions relating to business valuation. The practical part is focused on strategic analysis that determines the company´s position on the market. Folowing finance analyses that expresses the financial health. Based on these knowledges is set the financial plan and provided valuation by Discounted Cash flow method. |
