| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje srovnání zdravotnických systémů dvou států, jejichž zdravotnictví funguje na zcela odlišném principu financování, neboť každý využívá jiný model zdravotnického systému. Práce popisuje období let 2000 - 2014. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis základních pojmů z oblasti zdravotnictví a vysvětlení fungování základních modelů zdravotnických systémů. V praktické části jsou analyzovány a komparovány zdravotnické systémy Velké Británie a Spolkové republiky Německo. Srovnávány jsou z hlediska jejich finanční náročnosti, kde je užíván především podíl zdravotnických výdajů na hrubém domácím produktu, a také z hlediska kvality zdravotnictví, kde je užit například počet lékařů či kojenecká úmrtnost. Cílem práce je porovnat zdravotnické systémy zvolených států a určit, který je výhodnější z hlediska veřejných financí a který z hlediska kvality poskytované zdravotní péče. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on a comparison of health systems of two states which are using completely different ways of financing based on divergent models of heatlhcare system. The thesis describes the period 2000 - 2014. Theoretical part of thesis is devoted to description of basic terms of the healthcare and functioning of basic healthcare models. In practical part of thesis are analysed and compared healthcare systems of Great Britain and Germany. They are compared in economic point of view where the main point is percentage share of healthcare expenditure on GDP. They are also compared in terms of quality of healthcare where is used for example number of doctors or infant mortality. The aim of thesis is to compare those healthcare systems and to find which is better in terms of public finance and provided quality of health care. |
