| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rovných příležitostí mužů a žen na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení postavení žen na pracovním trhu ve Švédsku a České republice mezi lety 2004-2014. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s konceptem rovných příležitostí a představeny nástroje k prosazování genderové rovnosti v podobě legislativního rámce, institucionálního zabezpečení a finanční podpory v rámci Evropské unie. V praktické části je prováděna komparativní analýza postavení žen na trhu práce pomocí základních statistických ukazatelů diferencovaných dle pohlaví ve Švédsku a České republice. Pozornost je také věnována segregaci pracovního trhu a mzdovým genderovým diferenciacím. V poslední kapitole jsou formulována opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení situace žen na českém trhu práce. Práce poukazuje na nerovné postavení žen na trhu práce, jemuž lze čelit snahou o překonání genderových stereotypů, podporou sladění rodiny a práce, flexibilními pracovními úvazky či nastavením rodinné politiky. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis is concerned with the issue of equal opportunities for men and women on the labour market. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the position of women on the labour market in Sweden and Czech republic in the years 2004-2014. In the theoretical part there are defined basic terms related to the concept of equal opportunities. Tools for promoting gender equality are introduced in form legislative framework, institutional assurance and financial support in the European Union. The empirical part is focused on the comparative analysis of the position of women on the labour market by basic statistic indicator differentiated by gender. Attention is given to the gender segregation on the labour market and the gender pay gap. In the last chapter are formulated measures to improve the situation of women on the czech labour market. This thesis refers to inequality positions of women on the labour market which can be overcome by changing of gender stereotypes, support the balance between work and family, flexible forms of work or formulation of family policy |
