Abstract: | Predmetom bakalavrskoy raboty yavlyayetsya issledovaniya tsenoobrazovaniya i tsenovoy politiki upravlyayushchey kompanii ZAO Nash Standart, kotoraya organizatsionno vkhodit v predpriyatiya O1 Properties, v usloviyakh finansovoy i ekonomicheskoy nestabilnosti. Tselyu raboty yavlyayetsya poisk putey optimizatsii tsenovoy politiki na rynke kommercheskoy nedvizhimosti.
Upravlyayushchaya kompaniya ZAO Nash Standart yavlyayetsya odnim iz liderov na Moskovskom rynke po predostavleniyu kliyentam professionalnykh uslugi doveritelnogo upravleniya obyektov kommercheskoy nedvizhimosti.
Bakalavrskaya rabota byla razdelena na tri osnovnyye chasti. V pervoy chasti raboty opisany teoreticheskiye osnovy formirovaniya tsenovoy politiki, metody tsenoobrazovaniya i analizy vnutrennikh i vneshnikh pokazateley. Vtoraya chast kharakterizuyet organizatsiyu ZAO Nash Standart, yego finansovuyu deyatelnostnza 2012-2015 goda, analiz potrebnosti v predostavleniye uslug kompanii i analiz tsenovoy politiki. Posledniy razdel vklyuchayet v sebya puti resheniya problem tsenoobrazovaniya i tsenovoy politiki v sfere predostavleniya uslug predpriyatiyem ZAO Nash Standart |

Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je studium cenu a cenovou politiku správcovské společnosti JSC "Náš Standard", který je organizační součástí podniku Vlastnosti O1, v souvislosti s finanční a ekonomické nestability. Cílem je najít způsob, jak optimalizovat cenovou politiku na trhu s nemovitostmi.
Vedení společnosti ZAO "Náš standard" je jedním z lídrů na trhu v Moskvě poskytovat zákazníkům profesionální služby správy důvěryhodnosti komerčních nemovitostí.
Bakalářská práce byla rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části jsou popsány teoretické základy tvorby cenové politiky, způsobu stanovování cen a analýzy interních a externích indikátorů. Druhá část popisuje organizaci ZAO "našich standardních", on finanční činnosti na léta 2012-2015, analýza potřeby poskytování služeb a analýza cenové politiky. Poslední část obsahuje řešení problémů v oblasti cen a cenové politiky služeb nyní ZAO "Naše standardní". |

Abstract: | The subject of this Bachelors or of Art work is research of pricing and price policy of management company CJSC "Nash Standart" , which is included in group of companies Properties O1 enterprises, in the conditions of financial and economic instability. The purpose of work is search of ways of optimization of price policy in the market of commercial real estate.
The management company CJSC "Nash Standart" is one of the leaders in the Moscow market in granting to clients professional services of trust management of objects of commercial real estate.
This Bachelor of Arts work is divided into three main parts. In the first part of work the theoretical bases of formation of price policy, methods of pricing and analyses of internal and external indicators are described. The second part characterizes the CJSC "Nash Standart" organization, his financial activity for 2012-2015, the analysis of requirement in rendering of services of the company and the analysis of price policy. The last section includes solutions of problems of pricing and price policy in the sphere of rendering of services by the CJSC "Nash Standart" enterprise. |
