| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is planning of the Treeline Systems company. The purpose of the research is to examine the characteristics of planning in modern organizations. Planning is an important process in the company and it defines the objectives and ways to achieve them.
Bachelor's thesis was divided into three main parts. The first part disclose the basic terminology, identify the main types and stages of planning, its methodology. The second part describes the company and its business activities. The final section includes an analysis of the planning system in the company Treeline Systems and offers a variety of activities to improve planning. |
