| Abstract: | Primárním úkolem této diplomové práce je zpracování ocenění podniku Rodinný pivovar Bernard a.s. Tato společnost se řadí mezi přední české výrobce piva. Cílem ocenění je nezávislým přístupem zjistit tržní hodnotu podniku k datu 1.1.2015. S ohledem ke specifikům, kterými se daný trh a samotná firma vyznačují, je k odhadu hodnoty společnosti využita metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků DCF equity. Tato hlavní metoda je podpořena metodou tržního porovnání. Diplomová práce je tvořena finanční a strategickou analýzou, generátory hodnoty, finančním plánem a samotným oceněním. |

| Abstract: | The primary task of the diploma thesis is the valuation of the company Family brewery Bernard corp. The corporation belongs among the biggest Czech manufacturers of beer. The goal of the valuation is to independently determine market value of the company on 1.1.2015. Taking into account the specifics of the market and the company itself it is used discounted cash flow method DCF Equity. This main method is supported by the alternate method of market comparison. The diploma thesis comprises of financial and strategical analysis, value drivers, financial plan and final valuation. |
