| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá Business Intelligence. Nejprve popisuje architekturu a jednotlivé komponenty BI řešení. Jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se této problematiky. Zmíněny jsou také možné oblasti užití a koncoví uživatelé. V další části jsou porovnány výhody a nevýhody tří možných variant BI řešení (OSS BI, ERP + BI aplikace, komerční BI). Z praktického hlediska je zaměřena na proces implementace a jeho jednotlivé fáze, které jsou popsány detailněji. V poslední části je představena reálná společnost a je zpracována úvodní studie, tedy první fáze celého procesu implementace Business Intelligence. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with Business Intelligence. First, it describes the architecture and various components of BI solutions. The basic concepts related to this issue are explained. Mentioned are also possible fields of application and end-users. The next section compares the advantages and disadvantages of three possible options for BI solutions (OSS BI, ERP + BI applications, commercial BI). From a practical standpoint, it is focused on the implementation process and its various stages that are described in more detail. In the last part is introduced a real company and is prepared initial study, the first stage in the whole process of implementing Business Intelligence. |
