| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat CSR reportování v vybraných českých firmách a představit koncepci sociálního účetnictví v kontextu společensky odpovědného jednání firem. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány teorie a přístupy k aplikaci sociálního účetnictví do podnikové praxe a shrnuty teoretické poznatky z oblasti společenské odpovědnosti firem. Druhá (praktická) část je věnována analýze CSR reportů 20 významných českých firem. Výsledky této práce umožňují posoudit současný stav CSR reportování v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the level of CSR reporting in Czech Republic and to provide theoretical background of social accounting process. The bachelor's thesis consists of two parts. Theoretical part of the thesis describes social accounting and methods of its application to enterprise's practices and summarizes theoretical background of corporate social responsibility. The second (practical) part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of 20 important firms' CSR reports. The outcome of this work allows the assessment of the current level of CSR reporting in Czech Republic |
