| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím nutričního problému v praxi, konktrétně vytvořením výživového plánu pro profesionální sportovce, basketbalisty. Hlavním cílem je minimalizování nákladů jídelníčku na jeden nebo pět dní, při dodržení všech omezujících podmínek na nutriční hodnoty, kterými jsou energetická hodnota a denní množství bílkovin, sacharidů a tuků. Budou vytvořeny celkem 4 modely jídelníčků, dva pro muže a dva pro ženu, protože každý má specifické požadavky na rozložení živin ve stravě. Dalším cílem je implementace těchto jídelníčků do praxe a jejich využití jako realizovatelný výživový plán, který je flexibilní k měnícím se potřebám sportovců. Optimální řešení pro všechny čtyři modely bude nalezeno pomocí modelovacího systému LINGO. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is about the usage of nutritional problem in real life, specifically about creating nutritional plan for professional athletes - basketball players. The main focus is to minimize the costs of the menu for one or five days, in which they will comply with all the nutritional requirements while respecting the exact calories intake (the amount of fat, sugar and protein). We will create four different menus - two for men and two for women. Each one has different requirements for the intake of those nutrients. Another goal for this research is to implement those menus into daily life of those athletes. They can be adjusted depending on the actual needs of each athlete. The perfect solution for all four menu choices can be found with software called LINGO. |
