| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je projektové řízení. Projektové řízení je problém, důležitost kterého poslední dobou prudce roste. Rozvoj této disciplíny je způsoben řadou příčin vysvětlených v mé práci. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány hlavní pojmy spojené s projektovým řízením a metodologie formování portfolia. Neexistuje jednoznačný návod, jak vybrat optimální kombinaci projektu, proto jsou v práci popsány některé z řady dostupných metod a nástrojů pro vytvoření optimálního portfolia a je uveden algoritmus použití těchto nástrojů. V praktické části práce je provedena aplikace popsaných metod na reálných projektech firmy s cílem navrhnout optimální portfolio. Uvádí se popis firmy, na příkladu, na němž se provádí analýza. Kromě toho je vysvětlena ekonomická situace na Ukrajině a situace na farmaceutickém trhu, jelikož se tyto charakteristiky berou v úvahu při výběru projektů. |

| Abstract: | The object of the work is project management. Project management is the discipline whose importance is rapidly growing at the moment. The development is caused by a number of reasons explained in my work. The theoretical part describes the main definitions related to the project management methodology and the portfolio formation. There are no clear directions on how to choose the optimal combination of projects, that is why this work describes some of the available methods and tools used for creating an optimal portfolio and it provides the algorithm on how to manage these tools. In the practical part there is shown the application of these methods on real projects of a company in order to design an optimal portfolio. For example, it includes the description of the company on which the analysis is carried out. Moreover, the economic situation in Ukraine and the situation on the market of pharmaceutics are explained because those characteristics are taken into account during the process of choosing the projects. |
