| Abstract: | Práce řeší oblast hospodaření a vedení účetnictví územním samosprávným celkem. Cílem práce je shrnout legislativu upravující danou oblast, na příkladu Městské části Prahy 2 analyzovat plnění hospodaření, účetní výkazy a zprávy o přezkoumání hospodaření za období 2012 až 2014 a zhodnotit vývoj konkrétních analyzovaných složek rozpočtu a účetních výkazů i celkový trend. |

| Abstract: | The thesis solves the economy and financial reporting of a municipality. The main objective is to summarize the legislation and analyze the economy, financial statements and reports on the results of the examination of the operations through the example of the Borough of Prague 2 between years 2012 and 2014 and to evaluate the trend of particular analyzed components of the budget and financial statements as well as the global trend. |
