| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou investičních certifikátů. V první části práce je věnována pozornost charakteristice jednotlivých druhů certifikátů a vymezení rizik souvisejících s těmito instrumenty. Je zmíněn i legislativní rámec pro investiční certifikáty v České republice. V druhé části práce je analyzována nabídka investičních certifikátů na Burze cenných papírů Praha, a.s., a to z různých hledisek. |

The first part of the thesis concentrates on characterising individual types of certificates and specifying risks that are related to these instruments. Information about legal regulation of investment certificates in the Czech Republic is provided here as well. In the second part of the thesis the offer of investment certificates by the Prague Stock Exchange is analyzed from various points of view. |
