| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především regulací a dohledem bankovního systému. Zkoumá cíle a důvody regulace, instituce bankovního dohledu, postavení České národní banky a rozsah jejich pravomocí vůči domácím bankám a jiným finančním institucím na území České Republiky. Cílem práce je zjištění a předložení aktualních informací o současném způsobu a míře regulace a dohledu, jakými právními předpisy se upravuje daná činnost. Zkoumání aktualních změn a trendů ve sféře regulace a dohledu v ČR a vlivu EU. |

| Abstract: | This thesis mainly deals with the regulation and supervision of the banking system. It examines the reasons and aims of regulation, banking supervision institutions, position of the Czech National Bank and the scope of their powers to domestic banks and other financial institutions in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify and present topical information on the current manner and degree of regulation and supervision, law methods of regulating activities, exploration of the latest changes and trends in the sphere of regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic and EU influence. |
