| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou podniku Eaton Industries s. r. o. Analýza je vypracovaná na základě veřejně dostupných účetních výkazů roků 2010 - 2014. Cílem práce je celkové zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti pomocí standardních nástrojů finanční analýzy, mezi které patří horizontální a vertikální analýza a poměrové ukazatele. Analytické výpočty jsou doprovázeny interpretacemi, které kladou důraz na fundamentální výklad účetních výkazů společnosti. Konkurenceschopnost analyzované společnosti je porovnána s průměry průmyslového odvětví CZ-NACE 29 a jako poslední je provedena strategická analýza tržního prostředí využitím Porterovy analýzy pěti sil. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis presents a financial analysis of Eaton Industries s. r. o. Conduction of the analysis is based on publicly accessible financial statements of years 2010 - 2014. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the company's overall financial situation utilizing the standard methods of financial analysis which include the horizontal and vertical analysis and the financial ratios. Analytical calculations are accompanied with interpretations emphasizing the fundamental understanding of the company's financial statements. Competitiveness of the analyzed company is compared with the industrial averages of CZ NACE 29 and lastly a strategic market analysis is carried out using the Porter's five forces analysis. |
