| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je charakteristika poptávky po vybraném finančním produktu. Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezit charakteristické rysy poptávky po zdravotním pojištění pro cizince v ČR. V této práci se zaprvé klade otázka, jaké faktory determinují a ovlivňují poptávku po vybraném finančním produktu. Dále je stanovena otázka, jaké charakteristické vlastnosti mají zákazníci, preferující jednotlivé typy zdravotního pojištění. Pro nalezení odpovědí na tyto otázky byl zanalyzován trh komerčního zdravotního pojištění pro cizince na základě sekundárních zdrojů (webové stránky pojišťoven, články a statistiky, vztahující k tématu apod.) a na základě primárních zdrojů (dotazníkové šetření cizinců). Výsledkem je charakteristika nabídky a poptávky na trhu komerčních zdravotních pojišťoven v ČR, profilování jednotlivých zákaznických segmentů, určení současných trendů v poptávce. Práce používá následující metody: analýza, syntéza, deskripce, literární šetření, dotazníkové šetření. |

| Abstract: | The aim is to define the characteristics of the demand for the selected financial product (health insurance for foreigners) in the Czech Republic. The first research question in this thesis is: what factors determine and affect demand for the selected financial product. Another question is: what characteristics have customers which prefer different types of health insurance. To find answers to these questions was analyzed czech market of commercial health insurance for foreigners based on secondary sources (websites of insurance companies, articles and statistics related to the topic, etc.) and based on primary sources (survey of foreigners). The result is a characteristic of supply and demand on the czech commercial health insurance market, the profiling of each customer segment, identifying current trends in demand. This work uses the following methods: analysis, synthesis, description, literary survey, questionnaire. |
