| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce na téma Zakladatelský finanční projekt je vypracovat zakladatelský plán na založení podniku, konkrétně kavárny v Praze. Předmětem práce je popis podniku a odhad finančních výkazů za účelem prověření reálnosti projektu.
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů dané problematiky, postupy a strategií při zakládání podniku. Popisuje body a části standardního podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní podnik a definuje jednotlivé kroky při založení individuálního podnikatelského plánu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to draw up a business plan for the establishment of a venture, more specifically a coffee bar in Prague. The subject of the paper is the description of the business and an estimate of the financial statements in order to test the viability of the project.
The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The former defines the terms of the issue and provides an outline of the general procedures and strategies for setting up a business. It describes the basic points and parts of a standard business plan. The latter is focused on a specific undertaking and defines the specific steps for establishing an individual business plan. |
