| Abstract: | The main purpose of this thesis is to understand if Investors working in Private Equity and Venture Capital understand what corporate culture is and take it into account when deciding whether to invest or not in a startup or a target company. In order to reach this goal, an empirical research has been developed, interviewing a sample of private equity fund managers and professional business angels, selected randomly and without any personal connection to the author. |

| Abstract: | Hlavním účelem této práce je zjistit, zda investoři pracující v oblasti private equity a rizikového kapitálu pochopit, co je firemní kultura a vzít v úvahu při rozhodování, zda investovat či nikoli do startu nebo cílové společnosti . Za účelem dosažení tohoto cíle , empirický výzkum byl vyvinut , dotazování vzorek soukromými správci equity fondů a profesionální business angels , vybrané náhodně a bez jakéhokoliv osobního připojení k autorovi . |
