| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem financování českého zdravotnictví od roku 1989 do roku 2015. Cílem je poskytnout ucelený přehled systému financování českého zdravotnictví. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj financování zdravotnictví. Pozornost je zaměřena na transformaci zdravotnictví v roce 1989 a následně jsou uvedeny a komparovány vybrané koncepce zdravotnictví, které byly v průběhu let publikovány. Praktická část je zaměřena na aktuální stav systému. Důraz je kladen na porovnání soukromých a veřejných výdajů a to i v rámci jednotlivých oborů zdravotnictví. Závěr práce obsahuje analýzu, která potvrzuje výraznou převahu veřejných výdajů na zdravotnictví, ovšem s mírně rostoucím poměrem soukromých výdajů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis follows up funding Czech health system from 1989 to 2015. The goal is to provide comprehensive survey of funding Czech health system. The evolution of health system is described in the teoretical part. It is focused on the transformation of health system in 1989 followed by comparsion selected concepts published over the years. The practical part is focused on current system status. The emphasis is placed on comparsion of private and public expenditures and even within the each healthcare field. The conclusion contains analysis confirming significant predominance public expenditures on health system, but there is noticeable rising ratio of private expenditures. |
