| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce mapuje situaci využívání alternativních úvazků v krajské správě Pardubického kraje. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část popisuje trh práce a uvádí benefity plynoucí z alternativních úvazků, ale také jejich negativa. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na četnost využívání různých alternativních forem zaměstnání. Dále se zaobírá pohledy samotných úřadů právě na tuto problematiku. Práce také analyzuje, kde jsou problémy v zaměstnávání osob alternativní formou úvazku ve státní správě. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with current situation of the exploitation of alternative work types in the regional administration in the Pardubice region. The thesis is divided into two chapters, one of which describes advantages and disadvantages of flexible working hours. The second chapter uses the survey which is focused on frequency of utilizing different a types of flexible work. It analyzes opinions of offices on this issue. Also, the survey searches questionnaire on potential troubles caused by these loads. |
