| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou interní komunikace v konkrétní organizaci. Cílem je popsat jednotlivé komunikační kanály a jejich prostředky, analyzovat jejich využívání a navrhnout řešení pro zlepšení situace v identifikovaných problémových oblastech. Objektem práce je malá společnost působící v oblasti služeb. Jsou využívány metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy interních dokumentů. V závěru práce jsou vyzdvihnuty pozitivní stránky interní komunikace v dané společnosti, identifikovány problémové oblasti a navrženo řešení pro zlepšení stávající situace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the internal communication in a particular organization. Its aim is to describe the various communication channels and their resources, analyze their usage and propose solutions for improving the situation in identified problem areas. The object of this work is a small company operating in the service sector. We use methods of semi structured interviews and analysis of internal documents. The conclusion highlights the positive aspects of internal communication in the company, identifies problem areas and proposes solutions to improve the current situation. |
