| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou brownfieldů na území Statutárního města Pardubice. Blíže poté objasňuje historii a současný stav a diskutuje možná budoucí využití jednoho z těchto brownfieldů, bývalého průmyslového areálu Tesla. Na základě rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje převažující nespokojenost mezi občany města se současným stavem a rozebírá jednotlivé návrhy revitalizace a využití, jež by mohly být v tomto objektu realizovány. Následně vybírá ten, který je podle autora nejvhodnější a vysvětluje proč. Přínosem práce je zejména ucelený pohled na brownfieldy na území Pardubic, analýzu možností budoucího využití areálu Tesly a zjištění názorů veřejnosti na tyto možnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of brownfields in the area of Pardubice. It specificates history and present state and discusses possible future options of use of one of these objels, concretely of former industrial area Tesla. Based on interviews and questionnaires the thesis finds out prevailing dissatisfaction with present state among people of the city analyzes every single option of revitalization and use which could be implemented in the case of Tesla area. Then it chooses the best option based on the opinions of the author and expains reasons of this choice. This bachelor thesis is profitable especially due to complete overview on the brownfileds around the city of Pardubice, analysis of the potential use for Tesla and finding out public opinions on these options. |
