| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zlepšit logistické procesy ve společnosti Anheuser Busch InBev za pomoci Lean a Six Sigma, zejména metodologií DMAIC.
Práce je rozdělena na dvě časti: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické časti jsou popisované metody Six Sigma a Lean a tendence kombinovat tyto metody a také aplikace těchto metod v SCM. Jsou zde rozebrané základní nástroje používané v metodě DMAIC. V praktické časti je zahrnut DMAIC projekt na zlepšení mezinárodních transportních toků z Anglie do Italie a z Belgie do Anglie. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to improve logistic processes at Anheuser-Busch InBev by aplying Lean and Six Sigma methods, in paticular, by using DMAIC methodology.
Thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part methods of Six Sigma and Lean are described and recent tendency to combine these methods together. Each step of DMAIC methodology was described in details in theoretical part. In the practical part there is a project which aims to of improveme international transport flows from England to Italy and from Belgium to England witth the use of DMAIC methodology. |
