| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje práci řidičů nákladní dopravy, je zaměřena především na požadavky, které musí člověk splnit, aby se mohl stát řidičem z povolání. Teoretická část popisuje všechny požadavky pro práci řidiče, dále pracovní režimy řidičů a také porovnává nařízení č. 561/2006 a smluvní dohodu AETR. Nedílnou součástí práce je popis záznamových zařízení a možných kontrol řidičů a dopravců. Praktickou část práce zastupuje dotazníkové šetření mezi profesionálními řidiči zaměřené především na jejich znalost platných předpisů. Cílem diplomové práce je kompletní analýza práce řidičů nákladní dopravy a náplň jejich pracovního dne. |

| Abstract: | The present diploma thesis deals with the work of professional freight traffic drivers and is focused primarily on the requirements, which has to be fulfilled to become a professional driver. The theoretical part describes all of the requirements for the driver, as well as drivers operating modes and also compares the Regulation no. 561/2006 with AETR contractual agreement. An integral part of the work is a description of recording devices and possible checks of drivers and carriers. The second, practical part, deals with a survey among professional drivers focused primarily on their knowledge of the applicable regulations. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive analysis of drivers and freight charge of their working day |
