| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat ekonomické a ekologické důsledky zavedení regulace povinného přimíchávání biosložky do pohonných hmot a dokázat její neefektivnost. Teoretická část práce detailně shrnuje důvody zavedení regulace včetně legislativního rámce a generační evoluce biopaliv. Analytická část za pomocí statistického rozboru časových řad a cenových a efektivnostních indexů vyhodnocuje účinnost biopaliv ve vztahu k omezení emisí skleníkových plynů. Dále je zde specifikován dopad zavedení biopaliv na ekonomiku skrze ceny pohonných hmot, vztah biopaliv a motorů a vliv biopaliv na cenu potravin, životní a sociální prostředí. |

| Abstract: | The thesis aims to analyze the economic and environmental consequences of the regulation to mandatorily blend bio-components into the fuel and prove its inefficiency. The theoretical part summarizes in detail the reasons of introducing the regulation, including the legislative framework, and generational evolution of biofuels. The analytical part uses statistical analysis of time series and price and efficiency indices to evaluate the effectiveness of biofuels in relation to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The impact of the introduction of biofuels on the economy is specified through fuel prices. The impact on engines as well as food prices and social environment is also mentioned. |
