| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou animačních služeb, jako významné doplňkové služby cestovního ruchu. Úvodní část vymezuje pojem animace, přibližuje její historii a vysvětluje, které faktory ovlivňují její fungování. V další části je blíže popsána profese animátora a činnosti animačního týmu. Následně se práce věnuje analýze fungování animačních služeb ve střediscích cestovního ruchu v České republice, konkrétně v hotelech, aquaparcích, koupalištích a lázních. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou v závěrečné části práce shrnuty návrhy ke zlepšení úrovně animačních služeb v tuzemsku. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with animation services as the important complementary service of tourism industry. The introductory part theoretically specifies the term animation and determines its history. It also explains main elements that affect animation. Furthermore, it clarifies the profession of animator and activity of animation team. The next part of the thesis analyses the functioning of animation services of the holders of the tourism offer in the Czech Republic, particularly in hotels, water parks, swimming pools and spas. The final part of the thesis summarizes suggestions that could improve the level of animation services in this country. |
