| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou realizace projektů financovaných z prostředků EU, konkrétně z oblasti podpory 1.1 Zvýšení adaptability zaměstnanců a konkurenceschopnosti podniků. Práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit, zda lze realizaci projektů z 35. výzvy Školení je šance považovat za úspěšnou, a to jak z pohledu řídícího orgánu, tak z pohledu žadatele. Dílčím cílem práce je využitím Ishikawova diagramu rozpoznat příčiny náročnosti administrace projektů financovaných z EU. V souladu s Paretovým pravidlem jsou stanoveny hlavní příčiny tohoto problému s návrhem jejich řešení. Výstup práce může sloužit jako pomůcka k upozornění na rizikové situace v projektu, jak pro potenciální žadatelé o dotaci, tak pro administrátory řídícího orgánu. |

| Abstract: | The Topic of the Diploma Thesis Is an Implementation of Projects Founded by EU, More Specifically the Area of Support 1.1 Increasing Employee Adaptability and Enterprise Competitiveness. The Aim of the Thesis Is to Evaluate, whether the Implementation of Projects under Call no. 35 "Training Is a Chance" Can Be Considered Successful, Both from the Governing Body- and the Applicant's Perspective. The Operational Objective Is to Identify Causes of Difficulties in Administration of Projects Founded by EU by using Ishikawa diagram. In accordance with Pareto principle, the Main Causes Are Defined Together with a Proposal of their Solution. The Final Thesis Can Be Used as a Tool to Draw Attention to the Risk Situations on a Project, Both for Potential Applicants for Subsidies and Administrators in Governing Body. |
