| Abstract: | V roce 2015 se Wirtschafsuniversität Wien umístila v žebříčku ekonomických univerzit pravidelně zveřejňovaným na stránkách Financial Times na pozici číslo 42. Vysoká škola ekonomická se poslední tří roky pohybuje kolem 80. místa. Proč tomu tak je?
V rámci této diplomové práce dochází k analýze nejenom právních předpokladů k úspěšnému absolvování studia v rámci magisterského programu Finance a účetnictví, ale zabývá se i praktickým využítí znalostí na trhu práce resp., jak vypadá aktuální nezaměstnanost absolventů, v jakých oborech mohou pracovat, atd.
V této práci je uvedena i teorie lidského kapitálu, která zkoumá motivy k vyššímu vzdělání. Jsou zde uvedeny rozdílné podmínky během studia na WU a VŠE, stejně jako vývoj nástupních platů po absolvování vysoké školy. V poslední kapitole najdete příklady, které by bylo dobré aplikovat v českém vysokoškolském vzdělávacím systému.
Otázkou nadále zůstává, proč se WU umisťuje na lepších pozicích než VŠE? Dle názoru autorky je to investice do vědy a výzkumu v Rakousku - současně investují téměř 2 % HDP, dále 100-letý vývoj WU, kdy se bez přerušení mohli rozvíjet ekonomické toerie a jejich aplikace v praxi, stejně jako propojení univerzitního vědění s praxí. |

| Abstract: | In 2015, Wien Wirtschafsuniversität ranked among economic universities regularly disclosed on the Financial Times in position number 42. The University of Economics last three years, around 80th place. Why is this so?
In the context of this thesis is to analyze not only the legal prerequisites for successful graduates of the master's program Finance and Accounting, but also deals with the practical use of knowledge on the labor market resp. As well as the current unemployment of graduates in what fields they can work, etc.
In this work also deals with the human capital theory, which explores the motives for higher education. They are given different conditions during their studies at WU and Economics, as well as development starting salary after graduation. The last chapter contains examples that would be good to apply in the Czech higher education system.
The question remains, why WU placed on better positions than ALL? According to the author's investment in science and research in Austria - currently invest nearly 2% of GDP, as well as 100-year-old development WU, when no interruption to develop economic theory and their application in practice, as well as linking university knowledge with practice. |
