| Abstract: | Cílem práce je definovat filosofii, jednotlivé fáze a nejdůležitější principy v budování řízení vztahů se zákazníky a jejich teoretické pojetí aplikovat ve vybrané společnosti na trhu letecké dopravy. Na základě identifikace míst a procesů, které mají na interakci zákazníka se společností nejvýraznější vliv, budou formulovány opatření, která jsou pro implementaci filosofie stěžejní. |
