| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití franchisingu v oblasti poskytování zdravotnických služeb v České republice. První část práce pojednává obecně o fran-chisingu, charakterizuje jeho podstatu, vývoj, právní úpravu apod. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou současného franchsingového trhu v České republice a následně identifikací jednotlivých konceptů působících v oblasti poskytování zdravotnických služeb. Na základě provedené analýzy a s přihlédnutím k teoretickým poznatkům se domnívám, že s ohledem na specifika zdravotnických služeb může franchising představovat vhodnou formu spolupráce pouze u vybraných druhů těchto služeb. Z dostupných konceptů na našem trhu z oblasti poskytování zdravotnických služeb jsou doporučeny takové, které dle mého názoru mají potenciál stát se úspěšnou podnikatelskou příležitostí. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the usage possibilities of franchising within the scope of health care services provided in the Czech Republic. First part of the thesis concerns franchising in general, describes its principals, development, law regulation etc. Second part analyzes franchising market in the Czech Republic and subsequently identifies respective concepts that are active within the scope of health care services. In my opinion, based on the analysis performed and with respect to theoretical findings, due to specifics of health care services, franchising might represent a suitable form of cooperation only among selected types of these services. Recommended among the concepts available on our market within the scope of health care services are those, which according to my opinion have potential to become a successful business opportunity. |
