| Abstract: | Diplomová práce hodnotí finanční zdraví podniku CB Auto a.s. za pomocí metod finanční analýzy. Účelem práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví s ohledem na rozšíření portfolia firmy o otevření nového oddělení OJETÉ VOZY Das Welt Auto Škoda Plus v Českých Budějovicích v roce 2013. Finanční analýza je aplikována na období let 2010 až 2014. Práce je rozdělena na dva bloky, na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní pojmy z oboru finanční analýzy a popsány jednotlivé metody. V aplikační části jsou uvedené metody aplikovány. Na základě zjištěných výsledků je zhodnoceno celkové finanční zdraví. Následně je vznesen návrh opatření, pro zlepšení situace firmy v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis evaluates the financial health of the company CB Auto a.s., by using the methods of financial analysis. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the financial health with regard to the expansion of the portfolio of the company to open a new department OJETÉ VOZY Das Welt Auto Škoda Plus v Českých Budějovicích in 2013. The financial analysis is applied to period from 2010 to 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and application part. The basic terms from the financial analysis field are summarized in the theoretical part. This part also describes particular methods. These methods are applied in application part. Based on the results of this analysis the overall financial health is evaluated. Then there is introduced the proposal for improving the situation of the company in future. |
