| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení finanční analýzy Komerční banky, a.s. za hospodářská období 2010-2014 a dále porovnání výsledků této banky s jinou finanční institucí, kterou je Česká spořitelna, a.s. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí - části metodické a části praktické. Kapitola metodická pojednává o podstatě finanční analýzy, informačních zdrojích, uživatelích a ukazatelích finanční analýzy. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé metody a finanční ukazatele aplikovány na Komerční bance, a.s. a její výsledky jsou zde porovnány s finančními hodnotami České spořitelny, a.s. Závěr diplomové práce shrnuje důležité poznatky a obsahuje hodnocení průběhu hospodaření Komerční banky, a.s. a porovnávané České spořitelny, a.s. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is a financial analysis of Komerční banka, a.s. in business years 2010-2014 and further comparsion of results of this bank with results of another financial institution which is Česká spořitelna, a.s. The thesis is composed of methodical part and application part. In methodical part are described principles of financial analysis, information sources, users and financial indicators. In application part the methods and indicators are applied to Komerční banka, a.s. and after that the results of this bank are compared with financial situation of Česká spořitelna, a.s. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes important findings and includes assesing of the whole financial situation of Komerční banka, a.s. and compared entitity Česká spořitelna, a.s. |
