V druhé kapitole se práce zaměřuje na význam cestovního ruchu ve Vietnamu, SWOT analýzu rozvoje cestovního ruchu Vietnamu a dále její gastronomií.
Třetí kapitola je věnována samotné prezentaci vietnamské kuchyně v ČR. |
