| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na starší pracovníky na trhu práce. Jejím cílem je analyzovat a vyhodnotit postavení starších pracovníků na trhu práce v ČR, zejména v letech 2000 a 2005-2015 či přímo v roce 2015, se zaměřením na vybrané ukazatele trhu práce, na postavení starších pracovníků na tomto trhu dle vybraných aspektů, a na opatření a nástroje, které mohou starší pracovníky na trhu práce ovlivnit a podpořit. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení problematiky stárnutí populace, neboť proces stárnutí populace je jedním z důvodů, proč je třeba na starší pracovníky na trhu práce zaměřit pozornost, dále se věnuje teoretickým aspektům trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti, politice zaměstnanosti a strategickým dokumentům ve vztahu ke starším pracovníkům. Praktická část je uvedena demografickým vývojem v ČR, následující kapitoly se věnují analýze ukazatelů trhu práce, nástrojům/opatřením na podporu starších pracovníků na trhu práce a srovnání ČR s vybranými státy EU. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is dealing with the older workers in the labour market. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and evaluate the situation of the older workers in the labour market in the Czech Republic, especially in the years 2000 and 2005-2015, or even in 2015, with the focus on the indicators of the labour market, on the position of the older workers in this market according to selected aspects, and on the instruments affecting and encouraging these workers in the labour market. The thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part defines the problem of the demographic aging population, because this process is one of the reasons, why it is necessary to pay attention to the older workers in the labour market. This theoretical part is also dealing with the employment, unemployment, employment policy and strategic documents in relation to the older workers. The practical part begins with the demographic development in the Czech Republic, the following chapters are dealing with the analysis of the labour market indicators, instruments to support the older workers in the labour market and the comparison of the Czech Republic and EU states. |
