Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá identitou a image značky Milka. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je identita a image značky Milka a do jaké míry se tyto dvě části značky shodují. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Cílem první kapitoly je vysvětlení pojmu značka, identita a image. Cílem druhé kapitoly je odhalit identitu značky Milka. Cílem poslední kapitoly je pak odhalit i její image a porovnat jí s identitou. |

Abstract: | This thesis deals with identity and brand image Milka. The main objective is to find out the identity and image of the brand Milka and to find out if they correspond each other. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The objective of the first chapter is to explain the term brand, identity and image. The objective of the second chapter is to reveal the identity of the brand Milka. The aim of the last chapter is then expose her image and compare it with identity. |
