| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou Customer Experience a pojmů s tímto tématem souvisejících. Obsahově je práce rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou vysvětleny obecné pojmy, jako zkušenost nebo loajalita zákazníků. Druhá část je věnována medotologii využívané pro mapování a řízení Customer Experience. Ve třetí části je popsáno využití Customer Experience Managementu v praxi. Konkrétně v rámci Touch Point Analýzy provedené u společnosti GE Money Bank. |

In the third part is described application of Customer Experience Management in practice, particularly in the context Touch Point Analyses in GE Money Bank. |
