| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení projektu vývoje mobilní aplikace. Cílem je aplikování teoretických modelů na konkrétní projekt a jeho vyhodnocení. Měřítkem výsledku je časové dodržení vytvořeného harmonogramu, využití nákladů a splnění určených kritérií k dosažení cílů. První kapitola práce je věnována teorií řízení projektu, zatímco druhá kapitola se prakticky zaměřuje na realizaci projektu. Na závěr je průběh vyhodnocen a k identifikovaným problémům je navrhnuto řešení. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on project management of a mobile application development. The aim is to apply general models on a particular project and its evaluation. Measure criteria are compliance with the established timetable, suitable use of costs and meeting the given criteria to achieve the goals. The first chapter introduces the theory of project management, as the second part focuses on realization of the project itself. At the end the process is evaluated and a solution for the identified problems is suggested. |
