| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje logistickou infrastrukturu a toky ve společnosti Truhlárna, a. s. V práci jsou analyzovány všechny činnosti spojené s logistikou. Cílem je zhodnocení logistických procesů a navržení vhodných opatření pro optimalizaci a zvýšení jejich efektivity. Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretické a praktické prvky, které na sebe logicky navazují a které jsou vypracovány na základě odborné literatury a interní dokumentace společnosti. |

The thesis contains theoretical and practical parts that are logically connected with each other and are based on the scientific literature and internal documentation of the company. |
