| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat význam osobnostní typologie při volbě povolání. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení souvisejících pojmů, shrnutí poznatků týkajících se osobnostní typologie a seznámení s vybranými teoriemi zabývajícími se osobnostní typologií. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována typovému indikátoru MBTI, který je následně využit v praktické části práce. Na teoretickou část navazuje část metodická, která vymezuje jednotlivé etapy výzkumného šetření a spolu s teoretickou části slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část. V rámci praktické části je analyzována problematika typologie osobnosti při volbě povolání prostřednictvím výzkumného šetření a následně je uvedena interpretace zjištěných výsledků. |

| Abstract: | My dissertation is focused on analysing the importance of personality typology during the choice of career. The theoretical part is aimed at the clarification of related key concepts, summary of knowledge concerning the personality typology and explanation of chosen theories dealing with personality typology. I paid particular attention to the type indicator MBTI, which is subsequently used in the practical part. The methodological part follows the theoretical part. The methodological part delimits the particular phases of the research and together with the theoretical part serves as a basis for the practical part. Within the practical part the personality typology issues used during the choice of career are analysed through the research and subsequently the interpretation of ascertained results is mentioned. |
