| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je stále rozšiřující se segment cestovního ruchu, a to segment zvaný youth tourism. Diplomová práce se zabývá deskripcí a rozborem možností nové formy cestovního ruchu, která se vyvinula spolu s globalizací, tedy druhem cestovního ruchu zaměřeného na segment mladých cestovatelů. Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat tento nový rozvíjející se segment včetně jeho specifik, které souvisí s vývojem současné společnosti. V druhé části je zhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, jako podpůrný nástroj pro ověření popisu segmentu mladých cestovatelů a zároveň porovnání cestovatelů z České republiky spolu s tímto popisem. V závěru práce nabízí návrhy doporučení poskytovatelům služeb orientujících se na daný segment. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this diploma thesis is constantly expanding segment of tourism, known as youth tourism. This diploma thesis describes and examines possibilities of a new form of tourism, a type of tourism aimed at young travellers and which developed along with globalization. The aim of the thesis is to explore this new emerging segment, including its specifications that relate to the development of current society. In the second part there is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey as supportive instrument for validation of described segment and comparison to young travellers from the Czech Republic. The conclusion offers suggestions for service providers focused on target segment. |
