| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti Nutrend D.S.,a.s. k datu 31.12.2015. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Předmětem teoretické části je popis metodického aparátu, který je následně použit v části praktické. Před oceněním je zpracována strategická analýza a finanční analýza podniku, ze kterých vychází finanční plán na následující roky. Samotné stanovení hodnoty je poté provedeno metodou volného peněžního toku pro vlastníky a věřitele. Jako doplňková metoda k porovnání slouží metoda účetní hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of Nutrend D.S., a.s. referring to 31st December 2015. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part consists of methodology and theoretical basis, that are used in the practical part afterwards. Before the valuation itself, strategic and financial analysis are included, which are followed by financial plan for the next years. For the purposes of valuation, the discounted cash flow method based on free cash flow to the firm was applied. For comparison, the book value of company was used as minor method. |
