| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu za účelem založení cestovní kanceláře. První, teoretická část práce přiblíží oblast cestovního ruchu, základní informace o podnikatelském plánu a jeho doporučenou strukturu. V praktické části bude sestaven konkrétní podnikatelský plán s analýzou potřebných částí pro fungování cestovní kanceláře. Plán bude mít za cíl určit, zda má podnikatelský nápad šanci uspět. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Master Thesis is to develop a business plan for setting up a tour operator. First, theoretical part of the thesis explains tourist industry, basic information about business plan and its recommended structure. In practical part will be settle concrete business plan with analysis of necessary parts needed for operation of tour operator. This thesis wills show, if the business idea has chance to success in real time. |
