| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu na výrobu čerstvých dětských příkrmů. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. Účelem teoretické části je seznámení čtenáře s prostředím malých a středních podniků a následně s popisem správného sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Součástí teoretické části jsou také doporučení o vhodné struktuře a postupech. Metodologická část se zabývá správným provedením marketingového výzkumu trhu, značná pozornost je věnována především metodě dotazování. Obsahem praktické části je vypracování samotného podnikatelského plánu. Cílem této diplomové práce je vyhodnotit realizovatelnost projektu a jeho schopnost prosperovat na současném trhu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on developing a business plan for the production of baby food. The thesis consists of three parts. The main purpose of the theoretical part is to introduce the reader the environment of small and medium enterprise subsequently to describe the proper writing of a business plan. There are also recommendations for suitable structures procedures. Methodical part deals with the proper execution of marketing research, considerable attention particularly a method of interrogation. The practical part is the business plan itself. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the feasibility of the project and its ability to prosper at today's market. |
