| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit aktuální stav motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a následné navržení doporučení pro zlepšení situace. Nejdříve jsou teoreticky vymezeny základní pojmy - motivace, vybrané motivační teorie, stimulace, motivační programy a pracovní spokojenost. V praktické části je pak představena společnost, ve které byl průzkum realizován. Z metodiky výzkumu bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření a individuální polostandardizované rozhovory. Rozhovory byly uskutečněny s vedením a vybranými pracovníky. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány výsledky analýzy a navržena doporučení na zlepšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Master's thesis is to analyse current state of work motivation and satisfaction of employees in a selected company and then propose measures to improve the situation. First, theoretical part introduces the basic concepts - motivation, selected theories of work motivation, stimulation, motivational programs and job satisfaction. Practical part includes introduction of the company in which the research was conducted and analysis of the research. Chosen methods for the research were questionnaire survey amongst all employees and individual interview with management of the company and selected sample of employees. Finally, the thesis consists of suggested recommendations for improving staff motivation and satisfaction. |
