| Abstract: | Tato práce analyzuje závislost mezi ochranou duševních vlastnických práv a vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů mezi lety 2013 až 2015. Tématem je vliv ochrany duševního vlastnictví na ekonomický růst a rozvoj. Teoretická část práce analyzuje rozdílné pohledy na problematiku duševního vlastnictví, jeho formy ochrany a analýzu mezinárodní ochrany. Dále definuje HDP, HDP na obyvatele, přímé zahraniční investice a výdaje na výzkum a vývoj. Praktická část práce analyzuje korelace mezi těmito ekonomickými ukazateli a indexem duševních vlastnických práv, jakožto ukazatelem síly ochrany duševních vlastnických práv ve vybraných zemích. Práce se zaměřuje na průmyslové vlastnictví. |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between the protection of intellectual property rights, and selected economic indicators between 2013 and 2015. The topic is the impact of intellectual property protection to economic growth and development. The theoretical part analyzes the different views on the issue of intellectual property, its forms of protection and analysis of international protection. It also defines GDP, GDP per capita, foreign direct investment and research and development expenditure. The practical part analyzes the correlation between these economic indicators and index of intellectual property rights, as an indicator of the strength of protection of intellectual property rights in selected countries. The work focuses on industrial property. |
