| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je nalezení vhodných regresních modelů mezi vybranými statistickými údaji z oblasti dopravy a HDP přepočteným podle parity kupní síly na obyvatele a zjištění, zda jsou tyto modely statisticky významné. V první části práce je teoretický úvod do problematiky dopravy z hlediska ekonomie, jakožto i popis metod regresní analýzy, který je následně využit v praktické části. Praktická část čerpá data z internetových stránek Eurostatu, které poskytují pro tuto diplomovou práci dostatečný statistický podklad. Data jsou graficky zpracována formou bodových grafů, na základě kterých jsou určeny matematické rovnice regresních závislostí. Volba vhodné regresní analýzy je provedena na základě indexu determinace a hladina významnosti je zvolena na úrovni alfa = 0,05. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to find suitable regression models between the chosen statistical data of transport and GDP per capita and determine whether these models are statistically significant. The first part is a theoretical introduction to the problems of transport in terms of economics, as well as a description of methods of regression analysis, which is used in the practical part. The practical part draws data from Eurostat's website that provide for this thesis sufficient statistical basis. The data are graphically processed as scatter charts, based on these are determined mathematical equation of regression. The choice of suitable regression analysis is based on coefficient of determination and significance level is alpha = 0,05. |
