| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je zdůraznit význam komunikace a využívání komunikačních nástrojů na úrovni obcí a měst. Teoretická část přibližuje principy komunikace a městského marketingu ve vztahu k veřejnému sektoru. Praktická část práce je věnována zhodnocení komunikační strategie města Třebíče směřující k vybraným cílovým skupinám. Důvodem výběru města Třebíče pro analýzu komunikačních aktivit je široká škála komunikačních nástrojů, které město využívá. V závěru práce jsou navrženy možnosti budoucího využití komunikačních nástrojů ve vybraném městě. |

| Abstract: | The subject of my final thesis is to emphasize the importance of communication and the usage of communicative tools in towns (by municipal authorities). The theoretical part is focused on the principles of communication and municipal marketing in relation to the public sector. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of communicative strategies of the town Třebíč aimed at chosen age groups. The reason why I have chosen Třebíč for this analysis of communicative activities is its wide variety of communicative tools which the local municipal authorities use. In the conclusion there are suggestions for the future usage of communicative tools by the town (Třebíč municipal authorities). |
