| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení bonity spotřebitele. Zkoumá aktuální nástroje, které bankovní instituce používají v rámci své úvěrové politiky, a faktory pohybující výslednou úrokovou mírou, kterou banka za své peníze požaduje. Zároveň stanovuje, jakými právy a povinnostmi spotřebitel disponuje ve vztahu k věřiteli, a jak tyto oblasti ovlivňuje nový zákon o spotřebitelském úvěru. Hlavním cílem práce je objasnit, že obě strany úvěrové smlouvy jsou zodpovědné za stabilitu a kvalitu úvěrového vztahu. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor thesis is an evaluation of consumer's creditworthiness. The work examines present tools which are used by banking institution according to their credit policy and factors which influenced the final interest rate. It also sets client's rights and duties in view of the new Consumer Credit Act. The main goal is to prove that both sides of the contract are responsible for ensuring the problem-free way of this relationship. |
