| Abstract: | V rámci této bakalářské práce se budu zabývat technikami japonské filozofie. Teoretická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé metody jako je například Kaizen, 5S a Kanban. Cílem této práce je si uvědomit, jak je japonská filozofie v praxi aplikována. V praktické části práce implementuji již zmíněné metody v mnou zvoleném podniku. Především se zaměřím na proces redukce plýtvání. V závěru práce zmíním zlepšení a doporučení pro danou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The main objectives of the bachelor thesis are methods of lean management in the Japanese way. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the individual methods such as Kaizen, 5S and Kanban. The aim of this thesis is to realize what Japanese way of thinking actually is and how works in practice. In the practical part I will implement these methods in the most efficient way in the given company. The most important process is reduction of waste. The conclusion provides improvements and recommendations for the company. |
