| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat finanční situaci společnosti Megafyt Pharma, s. r. o. v letech 2011 až 2015 a zhodnotit finanční zdraví firmy pomocí bonitního a bankrotního modelu. Bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě hlavní části. První se týká metodiky, ve které jsou vymezeny metody, postupy a ukazatele, které jsou v práci dále použity pro finanční analýzu. Druhá, praktická, část se skládá z představení firmy Megafyt Pharma a konkurenční firmy Mediate, s. r. o. a ze samotné finanční analýzy. Zjištěné výsledky jsou porovnávány v průběhu práce s konkurenčním podnikem. Další částí práce je spider analýza, kde se porovnávají hodnoty analyzovaného podniku, konkurenčního podniku a odvětví. Praktickou část zakončuje SWOT analýza, která se zaměřuje na identifikaci silných a slabých stránek podniku a jejich příležitostí a hrozeb, po které následuje závěr se shrnujícím hodnocením a nastíněním možného budoucího vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the financial situation of the company Megafyt Pharma, s. r. o. in the period 2011-2015 and to evaluate its financial health by bankruptcy and credibility models. The bachelor thesis has two main parts. The first part is concerned with the methodology which defines used methods, procedures and indicators that are further used in the financial analysis. The second and practical part introduces the company Megafyt Pharma and its competing company Mediate, s. r. o., and also provides the financial analysis of Megafyt Pharma. Results of the analysis give a comparison with the competitor. In the second part is there is used the spider analysis which compares the values of the analyzed company, the competitor and the specific industrial sector. The practical part concludes with a SWOT analysis that is focused on the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the company and the opportunities and threats. This part is followed by a conclusion which summarizes the evaluation and outlines possible future developments. |
