| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje vyhodnocení ekonomického přínosu z pronájmu čerpací stanice. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda podnikání v této oblasti je profitabilní či nikoliv. Teoretická část shrnuje podnikání pod franchisingovou smlouvou a petrolejářské prostřední v České republice. Praktická část popisuje vybranou čerpací stanici, dále podmínky franchisingové smlouvy a v závěru hodnotí ekonomickou stránku pronájmu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the evaluation of economic benefit of renting a filling station. The aim was to determine whether the business in this area is profitable or not. The theoretical part summarizes the business under a franchise agreement and petroleum sector in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the selected filling station, as well as conditions of the franchise contract and finally evaluates the economic aspect from the rent of the filling station. |
